Notes : Assermentation : prestation de serment.
Longtemps considérée comme synonyme barbare de «prestation de serment», cette expression a cours depuis longtemps au Québec et figure dans certains textes de loi. En raison du caractère si naturel de la dérivation assermenter-assermentation, il semble difficile de maintenir l'interdit sur ce dernier terme.
