"mandat de comparution" heisst "Vorladung". "Erscheinen" ist zwar direkte Übersetzung von "comparution", aber hier geht es meiner Meinung nach eher darum, die Hooligan-ähnlichen Rowdies schnell vorzuladen.

Ich bin hier davon ausgegangen, dass "comparution directe" die gleiche Bedeutung hat wie "comparution personnelle".

Ich glaube, du hast Recht - "Schnellverfahren" oder "Eilvehrfahren" passt hier besser. Der französische Standard-Terminus dafür scheint "comparution immédiate" zu lauten (meinen Google-Recherchen zu folge):
