Ganz speziell in Klageschriften und -erwiderungen kommt dieser Ausdruck immer wieder vor, und zwar, wenn es losgeht mit den hilfsweise gestellten Anträgen ("à titre subsidiaire..."):
Si par extraordinaire, la mesure XY (also der "maximale" Antrag ans Gericht) n'était pas ordonnée par le tribunal, il conviendrait de prendre la mesure ZY (das ist dann meistens das, was der Kläger a minima erhofft).

Gibt es dafür wie im Französischen eine feststehende Wendung? Oder einfach "Gesetzt den außergewöhnlichen Fall, dass" oder so ählich?
