French term or phrase: Elles n'ont pas été déclarées en faillite personnelle
Elles [les personnes] n'ont pas été déclarées en faillite personnelle.

Es geht um die Unbescholtenheit der Geschäftsführer einer Firma.

"Faillite personnelle" ist ja die Privatinsolvenz, doch wie formuliere ich das korrekt mit dem "déclarées"?
