Wurde hier schon mal gestellt, allerdings für eine englische Übersetzung. Wie ist dépôt de déclaration zu übersetzen (aus dem gleichen Abschnitt wie eben)?

"Le Prestataire s'engage à justifier, sur simple demande du Donneur d'Ordre, avoir satisfait aux obligations légales et réglementaires qui lui sont applicables et à communiquer les attestations de déclarations sociales relatives à son personnel, émanant de l'organisme de protection sociale chargé du recouvrement des cotisations sociales et datant de moins d'un an ou un ***récépissé de dépôt de déclaration*** auprès d'un centre de formalités des entreprises."
