Explanation:
ich bin juristisch nicht gewieft genug, aber ich glaube nicht, dass eidesstattlich dasselbe ist wie "ehrenwörtlich", und "sur l'honneur" heißt ehrenwörtlich.

agree  WMOhlert: In der Tat gibt es einen Unterschied: "Hiermit erkläre ich, dass... "= ehrenwörtliche Erklärung, z.B.,, dass ich meine Diplomarbeit selbst angefertigt habe, etc. Da braucht's keine eidesstattliche Versicherung.
