Ich knacke an einer juristischen Formulierung in einem Zustellungsprotokoll herum. Der ganze Satz lautet:

"Le (Datum),
Je (Name des Gerichtsvollziehers) soussigné,
à (Name des Empfängers),
*où étant et parlant à comme il est dit en fin d'acte*,
Je vous signifie....

Es geht mir nur um den eingesternten Teil, der Rest ist klar.

So übersetzt Lane (Internationales Formularbuch, S. 188) den Ausdruck "où étant et parlant". Aber "parlant à" irritiert mich ein wenig...?
