Projektbetreuer est neutre, "Betreuer" ne signifie pas que c'est le chef. Un "Betreuer" peut être responsable de beaucoup de choses, par ex. il peut être le responsable pour les clients d'une certaine région (=Kundenbetreuer). voilà un link avec une explication du mot "Betreuer" en allemand:
