Plusieurs facteurs ont contribué à cette heureuse évolution, à commencer par la réorientation complète de la stratégie de xxx, suite aux nouvelles méthodes d’administration et de gestion***, ***sur les plans de la logistique, du marketing et du contrôle des finances mises en place dans le cadre de la collaboration avec xxx et assorties de mesures d’économie drastiques.

Mehrere Faktoren haben zu dieser glücklichen Entwicklung beigetragen, angefangen bei einer umfassenden Strategiewende des Ausstellungszentrums xxx aufgrund neuer Verwaltungs- und Managementmethoden in den Bereichen Logistik, Marketing und Controlling, die im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit mit xxx durchgesetzt und auf drastische Sparmassnahme abgestimmt wurden.

Ist das so richtig verstanden?
Mich verwirrt etwas das Komma zwischen gestion und sur.
