Ein Unternehmen möchte SAP einführen. Vor der Einführung werden Schulungen und "Séminaires de mobilisation" veranstaltet.

Wie könnte man "mobilisation" am besten übersetzen? Diese Seminare sollen das Personal motivieren, denke ich.
Gibt es dazu eine deutsche Entsprechung?
