Der Satz lautet:

"Aussi, tout dirigeant doit désormais développer une vision, “sortir la tête du guidon” et donner à son entreprise les moyens de s’adapter en permanence aux changements."

Es geht darum, wie Handwerks- und Industriebetriebe den Herausforderungen z. B. in Verbindung mit dem Kostendruck von Seiten ihrer Auftraggeber begegnen können.

Sorry, weiß nicht, wie ich hier einen Accent circonflex einfügen kann bei "tete", aber der Sinn ist ja klar.

Translation into English would be welcome, too.

Il y a plusieurs manières de qualifier cette attitude anti-stress négatif. Mais il y en a une que j’aime particulièrement : **sortir la tête du guidon**. Vous rappelez-vous lorsque plus jeune vous faisiez du vélo et pour « prendre de la vitesse » vous mettiez la tête dans le guidon de votre vélo ? Immanquablement pour moi c’était le moment où je me faisais klaxonner.

Tous les 4 mois, avec les incubés, nous partons en “séminaire / week-end”, dont le doux nom est “Sortir la tête du guidon”. Pourquoi un tel nom ? Tout simplement car les entrepreneurs, dans la phase d’amorçage, passent leur temps à jongler avec les impératifs opérationnels du moment et ont tendance à laisser un peu de côté la vision à plus long terme.
