Comment faisait-il cela? Il avait lu tous les livres sur son métier, avait interrogé tous les grands vendeurs dont il avait entendu parler, il avait dans sa poche un petit carnet sur lequel il notait tourtes les objections qu'on lui faisait et les meilleures réponses qu'il avait trouvé. Il avait mis au point *quelques tests* qui lui permettaient de "décrocher" très vite et de s'excuser poliment si la personne en face de lui n'était pas vraiment un acheteur potentiel… et il adorait son métier. |

Ich finde Strategie in dem Kontext gar nicht schlecht, ggf. auch "Verhaltensmuster", wobei eigentlich häufiger von den Verhaltensmustern der Kunden gesprochen wird als von den Verhaltensmustern der Verkäufer...
