Wäre ohne weiteren Kontext nicht sofort drauf gekommen, aber durch die Erklärung von nordiste dann schon. Wir nannten das Planogramn (als ich bei einem Baumarktlieferanten gearbeitet habe - gilt auch für andere Einzelhandelsbereiche). Und ist wohl auch so gebräuchlich, dass es u.a. einen Wikipedia-Eintrag und viele Bilder im Netz dazu gibt.
