Beschrieben wird eine indirekte Methode zur Festlegung der Basisniveaus für die Übergangsquoten von einer Bildungsstufe zu andern. Die Definition dieser indirekten Methode lautet wie folgt:

calculs de taux moyens de transition mesurés à partir de l’ESPA sur la période 1997-2009 (afin de diminuer la fluctuation statistique sur les taux par âge), prise en compte *des tendances mesurées sur les taux* (de manière à tenir compte des évolutions globales sur les taux).

Meine bisherige Lösung:

Hier fehlt nun aber das "sur les taux". Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
