Immer noch die Volkswirtschaftliche Gesamtrechnung (wobei das Ende naht).
Im fraglichen Satz geht es um Probleme, die im Zusammenhang mit der Kapitalisierung der F+E-Aufwendungen noch zu lösen sind:

Certains problèmes méthodologiques doivent encore être traités comme par exemple le commerce international de R-D, l’estimation des indices de prix de la R-D ou *le double comptage entre dépenses de R-D et dépenses en logiciels*.

Gemeint ist wohl, dass gewisse Ausgaben sowohl als F+E-Aufwendungen als auch aus Software-Ausgaben verbucht und damit doppelt erfasst werden. Was mir aber fehlt, ist eine elegante Formulierung. Kann mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen? Vielen Dank!
