Ich denke, hier geht's darum, dass das Mineralwasser arm an Natrium-bikarbonat ist; Du hast den Begriff in der Frage wohl zu sehr verkürzt....
-> "eaux bicarbonatées sodiques faibles" sollte es m.E. heissen
