Bestückungsplan für "fiche équipement" gefällt mir nicht und bei "équipement volatile" hab ich überhaupt keine Idee.

"volatile" bedeutet in diesem Zusammenhang, daß alle Teile aus dem Fahrzeug entnommen werden können, also damit nicht fest verbunden sind. Als Übersetzung für équipement volatile könnte "tragbare Ausrüstung", "Werkzeug" oder "Zubehör" in Frage kommen.
Hinweise: Der Ausdruck "équipement volatile" ist sehr selten. Dies wäre eigentlich eine eigene Frage wert.
