Hallo,

ich habe hier ein polizeliches Protokoll vorliegen. Es geht um ein Fahrzeug, das zuerst gestohlen wurde, und zwar am 19.02.2009. Dann passiert am 02.04.2009 folgendes, ich zitiere:

"Constatons que le véhicule immatriculé XXX a fait l'objet d'un PV de Rstitution le 02. Avril 2009 par le Commissariat Central de XXX."

Ich NEHME NUN AN, dass es sich dabei darum handelt, dass das Fahrzeug von der Polizei wiedererlangt wurde und dazu ein Protokoll angefertigt wurde.

Allerdings bin ich mir nicht sicher und möchte mich da gerne durch Wissen von außen absichern.

I've got a French police protocol to translate. It's about a vehicle that was stolen on the 19th of February 2009.

However, the following happens on April 2nd, I quote:

"Constatons que le véhicule immatriculé XXX a fait l'objet d'un PV de Rstitution le 02. Avril 2009 par le Commissariat Central de XXX."

Well, I'm ASSUMING that the vehicle has been recovered by the police and they have created a protocol to confirm this.

Yet I'm not exactly sure about that, so I would like to obtain confirmation from some of the experts around here.
