Schon wieder Metzgerei. Wenn ich schon dabei bin: irgend etwas mit zuschneiden, was ich brauche, ist der exakte Begriff aus dem Metzgerhandwerk. Danke

Explanation:
das ist wahrscheinlich falsch.

Es ist nur um zu erklären worum es sich handelt.
In Frankreich nennt man "talon" (Ferse o. Hacke) den Endteil eines Schinkens.
Der Metzger schneidet den Ferse oft weg. Das nennt man "détalonner" auf französisch.

Daher meine "Übersetzung" (ich habe es im Wörterbuch nicht gefunden. Aber "détalonner" steht auch nicht im Französischen Wörterbuch).
Vielleicht können Sie es jetzt leichter finden !
