"Das Gehirn nimmt alle Geräusche wahr", würde ich hier sagen.
Es geht ja nicht nur um Töne. Und, es kann sich ja auch um angenehme Geräusche handeln, nicht nur um Lärm. Man spricht ja auch von der "Geräuschverarbeitung" im Gehirn.
