Il [Kaution] sera augmenté ou diminué à l’occasion de chaque révision ou indexation du montant du loyer ou à chaque palier triennal du loyer s’il y a lieu, de façon à être égal à tout moment à un **terme de foyer**.

Es geht um eine Kaution. Vorher hieß es, dass die Kaution drei Monatsmieten beträgt.

Ich frage mich, ob hier ein Tippfehler vorliegt und es vielleicht terme de loyer heißen sollte?
