Hallo, weiss jemand, wie man "Mononautisme" auf Deutsch übersetzt? Laut Larousse handelt es sich um einen Wettkampfsport mit Motorbooten. Es gibt "motonautisme de vitesse inshore, le motonautisme d'endurance et le motonautisme de vitesse offshore"

Die gesuchte Lösung war für "Mononautisme". Antwort: Wassersport, den man praktisch allein treibt (offenbar gehören auch "engins tractés" dazu - man braucht jemand zum Ziehen aber der Sportler ist allein). Keine ideale Lösung gefunden für den Sammelbegriff.

Asker: Vielen Dank. Das Dumme an dem Mononautisme ist, auf Frz. habe ich einen Begriff, auf Deutsch einen ganzen Haufen. Habe jetzt bei einer Schulung für "Moniteur de mononautisme" - so ähnlich - nachgelesen, dass es auch "engins tractés" gibt: "Jetski, Wasserscooter, Wasserski...". Dabei hat man die "connotation": Einzelsport trotzdem nicht wirklich übersetzt - finde ich - denn es könnte ja noch weiss Gott was zu dem Mononautismus dazugehören/dazukommen - oder? Vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee...

Asker: Danke. Man sieht, dass ich nichts davon verstehe. Ich werde später sehen, wie das mit dem Kunden zu lösen ist. Allerdings erscheint jetzt, wenn ich "most helpful answer" wähle, die Antwort "Motorbootsport". Ich weiss nicht, wie ich das loswerden kann. LG Gisela
