Mir ist klar, dass "sous la houlette" normalerweise "unter der Führung von" heißt. Nur verstehe ich es in diesem Satz nicht, worauf sich dieser Ausdruck bezieht. Auf die Solidarität (z. B. mit den Behinderten, für die Mittel gesammelt werden?
Hier der dazugehörige Abschnitt:
"Dans ce cadre, une semaine « bien-être et santé » a été organisée, avec au programme des activités sportives. Façon nature détente, pour une sympathique marche, façon footing tonique, sous la houlette mais également sur un air de solidarité. Nombreux, sont venus les employés pédaler ou ramer au profit d’associations œuvrant en faveur de l’intégration des personnes en situation de handicap."
