Reference information:
Evtl. passt der Begriff Rennstreckentraining im GT-Sportwagen (siehe 1. Link).
Interessierte können dabei auf der Rennstrecke unter Anleitung einige Runden auf dem Kurs drehen und Geschwindigkeit selbst am Steuer eines Sportwagens der GT-Serie (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIA-GT-Meisterschaft) erleben.

Es muss aber kein spezieller GT-Rennwagen sein, sonder kann wie schon von Marc gesagt eine Fahrt im Ferrari, Lamborghini etc. mit Straßenzulassung sein (denke aber trotzdem, dass es auf einer Rennstrecke sein wird).

Der zweite Link nennt das denglisch "Race Experience".
