The term is "couple maxi de serrage des fixations". It looks rather long to be one term, but, because of the "de", I think it possibly is one term. I have practically no context, but believe it to be something to do with the automobile industry.

eigentlich "das Festangezogensein der Befestigungsschrauben", aber das sagt man ja nicht.

Ich weiß nicht, wie das "couple maxi" hier elegant formulier werden kann, aber meine Übersetzung passt auf die Stelle:

Vérifier souvent l'état des rotules et le serrage des fixations d'amortisseur
