Angabe hinter der Nummer eines Callcenters. Die Telefonnummer beginnt mit 09, nicht mit 08, daher vermute ich, dass man nicht zum Ortstarif anruft.

Was bedeutet das genau?

Anruf zum normalen Tarif?

Explanation:
Le Numéro du Service Client 09, facturé au prix d'une communication locale d'un fixe et d'un mobile, est le nouveau type de numéro disponible pour la relation client des entreprises. Il est conforme aux lois chatel et de de Modernisation de l'Economie (LME).
Article 87


I. ― Après l'article L. 113-4 du code de la consommation, il est inséré un article L. 113-5 ainsi rédigé :
« Art. L. 113-5. - Le numéro de téléphone destiné à recueillir l'appel d'un consommateur en vue d'obtenir la bonne exécution d'un contrat conclu avec un professionnel ou le traitement d'une réclamation ne peut pas être surtaxé. Il est indiqué dans le contrat et la correspondance. »
II. ― L'article L. 113-5 du code de la consommation entre en vigueur le 1er janvier 2009. Il est applicable aux contrats en cours à cette date.

Asker: Ja, ich habe jetzt auch herausgefunden, dass die Nummern mit 09 zum Ortstarif sind, aber es scheint doch einen Unterschied zwischen "au prix d'un appel local" und "non surtaxé" zu geben: Nouveau numéro en 09 pour la relation clients des entreprises Publié le 12 novembre 2008 Le Numéro du Service Client© est un nouveau numéro 100 % compatible avec la Loi de modernisation de l’économie (LME). Il est non géographique, non surtaxé, au prix d’un appel local depuis les fixes et les mobiles.
