Mir macht der "faux col" in der folgenden Produktbeschreibung Probleme:

"Ingénieux pour se protéger du froid et des courants d'air, ce faux col à base volantée a deux fonctions. Mieux qu'une écharpe autour du cou, il ajoute une touche d'élégance à vos pulls, gilets, manteaux... En tour de tête et plus coquet qu'un bonnet, il protège les oreilles sensibles. En maille chaude, extra-douce et extensible, il est facile à enfiler et s'adapte à toutes les morphologies."

Das Foto bestätigt, dass es sich hier nicht um einen typischen "faux col" handelt, sondern es ist irgendwie ein Mittelding zwischen einem Stirnband und einer Mütze (allerdings ohne den "oberen Teil"), das man sich über die Ohren zieht ...

Wie könnte man so etwas auf Deutsch bezeichnen, wenn man es nicht unbedingt schnöde "Stirnband" nennen will??

Schalkrägen sind jetzt wohl wieder im kommen, hier ein Bild eines Exemplars aus Seide, geht wohl aber genauso mit Krägen aus Wolle, Jersey, whatever.

Es ist DAS neue accessoire der saison...
und man nennt es einfach SNOOD - falls es (u die zielgruppe) "really fashionable" sein sollte ;)
