Wenn "effet galbant" allein stehen würde, hätte ich "Figur betonend" gesagt. Aber mit dem Rest bräuchte ich etwas anderes: ...... Wirkung, die den Po betont

Oder könnte man sagen: Sitzt wie angegossen und betont den Po
