neutral  Emmanuelle Riffault: Der Concierge steht nicht unbedingt an der Rezeption. Er kann auch sein eigenes Desk haben, sucht und bucht einen Tisch im Restaurant für dich, empfliehlt eine interssante Ausstellung usw. Nicht er ist für die Schlüssel zuständig ;O)
