disagree  Rolf Kern: Aus dem Kontext geht hervor, dass es sich um "sociétés ferroviaiores" (Bahngesellschaften) handelt, die als "fournisseurs de traction" bezeichnet werden. Bahngesellschaften können jedoch wohl nicht als "Antriebslieferanten" bezeichnet werden.

Bin durch Recherchen im Web wie folgt auf diesen Vorschlag gekommen:
"GB Railfreigt" wird als "fournisseur de traction" bezeichnet.
Laut Wikipedia ist GB Railfreight eine Bahngesellschaft, die Güterverkehr anbietet.
