Aus einem Lieferantenvertrag zwischen Fournisseur X und Groupe Y im Abschnitt "CONDITIONS DE LIVRAISON":

Le fournisseur prend à sa charge l’ensemble des coûts associés à la livraison, y compris notamment les frais liées au dédouanement, les frais d’assurances… Le Fourniesseur s’engage à livrer les quantités commandées à la date et heure convenues. Le groupe peut décider de gérer des reliquats sur les commandes partiellement livrées.
