In einem Lieferantenvertrag zwischen le Groupe X und le Fournisseur Y wird vereinbart:

"Dans l’hypothèse où le Fournisseur ne respecterait pas les modalités de commandes convenues avec le Groupe, le montant des remises sur facture accordées pas le Fournisseur (remise couche, camion complet, palette homogène…) resterait acquis au Groupe à titre de dédommagement du préjudice subi."

Camion complet und palette homogène sind klar, aber was könnte mit "remise couche" gemeint sein?

Eine Schicht einer Palette ist einfach eine Einheit zur Berechnung Transportkosten oder Transportplanung, genauso wie ein Karton oder ganze Palette etc. Kann mit "Palettenschicht" ergoogelt werden.
