In einem Text über das EU-Programm NAIADES zur Förderung des Binnenschiffverkehrs steht folgender Satz:

Il s’agit d’un paquet de mesures destiné à promouvoir la navigation fluviale mais *sans accompagnement de fonds*.

Kann es wirklich sein, dass dieses Aktionsprogramm ohne finanzielle Unterstützung funktioniert oder kann «accompagnement de fonds» auch etwas anderes heissen? Ich habe schon etliche Webseiten über NAIADES durchforstet, werde aber nicht fündig. Kennt sich da jemand aus?
