French term or phrase: vin vrai et gourmand

Liebe Kolleg(inn)en,

Ich bin leider überhaupt kein Weinkenner und habe hier in einem touristischen Text:

"... le Vignoble de la Côte Roannaise dont les vins sont issus du cépage Gamay. Ce sont des *vins vrais et gourmands de nature.*"

vins vrais = wahre Weine?

Und wenn mir jemand erklären könnte, was man unter einem "vin gourmand" versteht?
Handelt es sich dabei um einen Schlemmerwein? Einfach nur einen köstlichen Wein? Einen hedonistischen Wein? Ich habe auch "süffig" gefunden, damit bin ich aber nicht ganz zufrieden, da dieser Ausdruck wohl eher für "ordinäre" Weine verwendet wird, das ist hier wahrscheinlich nicht der Fall?
