Szerintem itt a bérbeadó telkéről van szó (mondjuk önkormányzat, 99 év) és egy építőről, aki ráépít. Ez a kifejezés hogy "ráépítés" azt jelenti, hogy nem saját tulajdonú telekre épít. Tehát szerintem ilyen van Magyarországon is, sőt, meglehetősen általános. Telekbérlet vagy bértelek kifejezés úgy tudom, hogy a jogban nem létezik, általános bérlet van, és azon belül telek.
