Bus/Financial - Accounting | | French term or phrase: immeuble de placement | Sto traducendo una guida sui principi contabili internazionali IAS/IFRS, e mi è capitato di trovare il termine "immeubles de placement", che però non riesco a trovare nel mio corpus in lingua italiana...
Il testo specifica che "les immeubles de placement sont des constructions ou des terrains détenus dans le seul but de réaliser un placement financier, c'est-à-dire de percevoir des revenus de location ou de réaliser une plus-value lors de la revente".
Avevo pensato alla traduzione "immobili di investimento"... ma non mi convince. Suggerimenti? |
