In Italia l'atto di impegno ha un significato leggermente diverso: trattasi pur sempre di impegno ma sottoscritto a seguito dell'offerta qualora vi sia un raggruppamento di imprese non ancora costituito formalmente che desideri partecipare alla gara di appalto (mandato collettivo). E' necessario che le parti dichiarino di impegnarsi a non modificare la composizione del raggruppamento in caso di aggiudicazione dei lavori.
Si potrebbe quindi, per evitare confusione, indicare "costituisce impegno"... |
