In questa fase - che richiede intuito, esperienza ed un’ottima conoscenza del proprio settore di mercato - il Key account sceglie le più efficaci tecniche di fidelizzazione del cliente, per rendere il rapporto commerciale proficuo e duraturo.
Il Key Account deve definire e raggiungere gli obiettivi, coordinare i venditori di area ed offrire consulenze ai propri clienti. Inoltre, rappresentando l’azienda, egli deve trasmettere un’immagine di elevata professionalità ed affidabilità.
