Scusate se pongo la domanda in questa coppia linguistica, ma sono riuscito ad arrivare al termine francese.

Le "marrainage" da parte di XXX, una giornalista, della presentazione stampa di una campagna pubblicitaria.

L'italiano non ha l'equivalente femminile di "patrocinio" ? "Matrocinio" da' pochissimi riscontri in rete, oppure usa "patrocinio" anche per le donne ? Come alternativa avevo pensato "tenere a battesimo/sostenere", ma non so. Grz !
