En fin de culture, nous effectuons sur le terrain un **agréage** quotidien, afin de programmer les récoltes 3 à 4 jours à l'avance (pour optimiser la cueillette à maturation). Nous procédons ensuite à **l'agréage** du produit dès réception à notre station de conditionnement (fiche commune **d'agréage**). Chaque apport est enregistré (variété, poids, n° de parcelle, date et heure de récolte, etc...). Le produit sera ensuite conditionné et portera un n° de lot informatisé. Une affichette "qualité contrôlée" numérotée comportant l'historique du produit nous permettra de suivre la palette jusqu'à la destination finale chez le client.
