Explanation:
io mi concentrerei sull'aggettivo "retroussé" che "significa rivolto all'insu" infatti un po' come la punta dello zoccolo tradizionale (inteso come scarpa)

Immaginavo, il Bataclan era uno dei caf'-conc' più fammosi nato sull'onda penso delle aspirazioni francesi in Indocina : il suo tetto era a pagoda come vedi nell'illustrazione di Wikipedia, l'allusione a "sabot" è per evocare la forma della scarpa con punta all'insu non inteso come "base" che sarebbe il significato più comune di zoccolo in italiano ma non quello che viene per prima in mente in francese
