Ho visto le illustrazioni ma non trovo immagini identiche in italiano, tuttavia penso che puoi chiamarli a scelta:
spessori (o distanziali)
- ad "U" (suggerito dal sito webster on line)
- con asola (o asolati)
- (a) cavallotto
In francese, si chiama anche "cale en U" (= in inglese "trouser shim")
Potrebbe esistere un altro termine in italiano ma sono sicura che qualsiasi tecnico capirà benissimo
