e' difficile dire come si possa tradurre in qualsiasi circostanza, in quanto dipende
dall'enfasi
dallo stile
dal tipo di fruizione
si lascia in francese anche in italiano ma non in tutti i contesti, direi,
in certi casi potrebbe andare bene "tutto" declinato per genere e numero, "completamente," semplicemente, "in generale" ecc.
e' davvero difficile dire in termini generali
