la ditta italiana YYY è produttore di materiale elettronico e vende da anni degli articoli alla ditta francese XXX che lo vende in Francia, fin'ora hanno un contratto in esclusiva. Però adesso la ditta francese propone alla ditta italiana di rinforzare la loro partnership e propone un elenco di 12 punti (condizioni) da valutare insieme prima di firmare un nuovo contratto diverso del precedente.


* .....renforcer le partenariat entre la société XX (nom de société FR) et la société YYY (nom de société IT) qui devra se transformer aux cours du temps en une véritable association de partenariat.
Pour se faire nous proposons que la société YYY (nom de société IT) devienne non plus un fournisseur de matériels électroniques, mais notre producteur et développeur de matériels électroniques.
