Ciao, per plaque trovo sempre piastra e/o piastra di cottura, nel ref vedi una piastra elettrica, ma può trattarsi anche di una di quelle piastre per preparare la carne ai ferri o le crespelle. Forse la carne deve essere cotta prima di essere aggiunto agli altri ingredienti della salsa/sugo? Ciao e buon lavoro!
