per evitare l'ambiguita che puà sorgere in Italia con il termine "panna fresca" che corrisponde alla panna liquida da montare (la ns "crème fleurette) è forse meglio usare semplicemente "panna da cucina densa"

agree  Isabella Aiello: D'accordo al 100% e aggiungerei "acidula", perché la ricetta può cambiare decisamente sapore usando panna densa italiana invece di panna densa acidula francese.
