si tratta di zucchero semolato o "in polvere"? Esiste quest'ultimo termine? Non si tratta di zucchero a velo, vero?
Si trova tra gli ingredienti di una ricetta per gelatina di mele, e nel resto della ricetta viene chiamato semplicemente 'sucre'.

Direi semplicemente "zucchero" poiché in francese si usa "en poudre" per distinguere lo zucchero appunto "semolato" da quello in zolletta.
