French to Italian translations [PRO] Cooking / Culinary | | French term or phrase: chocolat pâtissier | Si parla della guarnizione di una mousse al cioccolato fondente, su cui vengono appunto adagiate delle scagliette di cioccolato (giusto per non farsi mancare niente...):
"Casser 50 g de chocolat pâtissier en petits morceaux dans un bol et le faire fondre au bain marie."
Cioccolato pasticcere non l'ho mai sentito, è un tipo di cioccolato o un modo per dire cioccolato pregiato?
