French to Italian translations [PRO]

avrei bisogno di un suggerimento in questo testo dove è presdente sotto anche la traduzione in inglese.
Ciò che mi crea problema è "tarte fine" che non so come tradurre in italiano. Come composizione dovrebbe essere pasta sfoglia dalle immagini di google, comunque è abbastanza fina di spessore in effetti, per cui scarterei "torta salata" o "torta rustica" che sono invece sempre piuttosto alte di spessore.
Si va di letterale o c'è qualcosa di attestato che voi sappiate?

| Grading comment mi sembra questa la risposta più appropriata considerando tra l'altro che poi ho scoperto che la tarte fine può essere sia di pastafrolla che di pasta sfoglia. Grazie a tutte/i.
