agree  romina zanello: http://www.cookaround.com/yabbse1/showthread.php?t=188502&pa... Io non lo lascerei in francese. E' un dolce non conosciutissimo ma comunque presente in alcune regioni italiane.

disagree  Manuela Dal Castello: torre "di" formaggi significa che si tratta di formaggi messi a torre, che non corrisponde al significato di "tour A fromage"
